CareTracker recognizes the critical role Nursing Assistants play in the lives of long-term care residents. As a result, CareTracker by Resource Systems, in conjunction with The American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators (AANAC) have developed the Nursing Assistant of the Year Scholarship Program.

This website will help you nominate a hard-working Nursing Assistant and give him or her the opportunity to become the Nursing Assistant of the Year and receive a $5000 scholarship to help offset education expenses.  Two other finalists will receive $500 scholarships. Facilities from which finalists are chosen will also receive a donation to their training or continuing education funds.
